Finding local bloggers in your hometown is a great way to meet friends that share your interest in blogging and build relationships that will drive the growth of your blog. At We101.com you can submit your site, let local bloggers know you are in their area, and discover bloggers that might just live right down the road from you that you were not aware of. I do an internet talk radio show from my home here in Moore, Oklahoma and one thing I was having a hard time with was finding bloggers that lived close to me that would want to join me in studio on my show. I have meet some bloggers in my area, however I know there must be more. As We101.com grows and more bloggers submit their sites the chances of you and me finding local bloggers to network with, meet with, and develop friendships with increases.
If you are like me, many of your offline friends still do not understand what you mean when you tell them you are a blogger. Don’t get rid of those friends, (I know you wouldn’t, hehe) now their is another way to find bloggers in your area.
We101 can also give bloggers another way to find your blog(s). I’m sure you wouldn’t mind more readers.

Submitting your blog is easy, all you have to do is click this link and fill in your information → Add your blog
After you have submitted your blog(s) grab a button and add it to your blog, so your readers can also add their blogs.
I hope We101.com grows quickly, I can’t wait to contact bloggers in my local area. I’d love to find a blogger here in the Oklahoma City area that would like to have a mentor or that might like to mentor me.

I agree Jerad I hope this gets passed around. I am the only blogger signed up in Oklahoma. Hopefully in a few weeks there are many more. I would love to organize a get together.

Well it is a new site. I had no problem submitting my sites. I hope the webmaster can help you FIAR. If the site does well I think it will be a great way for me to network with local bloggers.

That’s an awesome tool Wild Bill. I was just wondering the other day how I could meet-up with bloggers in my area. But it’s sort of like the 1950’s around here, so hopefully there’s at least someone who knows what a blog is that I can talk to.

Well the more blogger that tell their readers about this on their site the better chance we will have to find bloggers in our local area.
