I remind myself that I care, that is what I do, and that I need to get up from my pitty-party and get in gear.

That video is absolutely awesome! Thank you for sharing it.
By the way you are tagged for the Personal Development List (By request from BigMike). Check out my site to see what I’m talking about.

Wow - that was amazing! Thanks for the inspiration!

Quite a video! Thanks for finding it and sharing it. We CAN do more than we think we can, we just have to get over our own preconceived notions of what “good enough” is. Thanks for the reminder!

VERY inspiring post! I would dare say the amount of bloggers (outside of political bloggers) could be a bit more than 80%. I see countless blogs that are abandoned or only posted to once per month as opposed to several times a week just a year earlier.
Gott stick with it!

Awesome video. Proof that we are stronger mentally and physically than we think we are. I was sweating right along with him. He didn’t do it alone. His coach led him and now he will lead others.

Big Mike, can I come to your party?
Priscilla, I just noticed I made the list. Thank you and check out the post I did about the Personal Development List.
Pam glad the video inspired you, thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you again.
Phil Gerbyshak you are the man, thanks for the review of my blog.
Eric Odom yeah I’d say about 80% of the blogs I have started are out there just taking up space. Might be time to delete a few of them.
Oh and you have a great blog there Eric, added you to my blogroll!
Carma Dutra you are so right! I had no idea I could do push ups for 5 hours straight until boot camp.

Wild Bill, I cried and then laughed with this video. I will definitely put this in its own special folder to see if I ever get discouraged. If I had to use only one word to describe your site, it would be “AWESOME!!!”
August 24th, 2007 at 3:42 pmYou encourage and your build up people. We live in a day and time where more people want to tear you down and blame you for their own misfortunes. I met someone like that this week and let him affect my thoughts about myself and my blog, wondering if my messages were confusing. He called my articles, “Schizophrenic (had to look up that word, I never spell it right) rants. I have to remember that what others think about me is their business, not mine. Thanks for brightening my day. To use my Southern upbringing, “Ya’ll have a glorious day and come back soon.”

Patricia, the best way I have found to deal with negative people online is to delete their comments. I know that many people think you should not delete comments and I do not do it lightly. Fortunately I have not had to delete any comments here at Passionate Blogger (except for spam.) I have a post planned on when and why I suggest deleting negative comments on your blog.
The community on commentors that has been growing here are some of the most positive and uplifting people I have meet on the internet.

Thanks, Wild Bill, I will look forward to reading your article. Thankfully, this person didn’t leave a comment on my blog. He emailed me personally. I answered the first email from him. I deleted and did not answer the second.
